  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 32 ounces confectioners' sugar (sifted)
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk (up to ½ cup)
  • Pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer bowl, beat the softened butter on medium-high speed until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  2. Add vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  3. Gradually add sifted confectioners' sugar, whole milk, and kosher salt while mixing on low speed. Scrape down the bowl frequently.
  4. Increase mixer speed to medium-high and whip for at least 3 minutes until fluffy; up to 7 minutes for extra fluffiness.
  5. If too thick, gradually add more milk until desired consistency is achieved.
