1 cup softened margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 (5.1 oz) box butterscotch instant pudding mix
2¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a stand mixer, cream together softened margarine, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together salt, baking soda, and butterscotch pudding mix. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients, followed by adding the flour until just combined.
Gently fold in the butterscotch chips and white chocolate chips using a wooden spoon.
