  • ⅓ cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients while alternating with milk. Gently fold in the grated zucchini until just combined.
