  • 4 tsp minced ginger
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 oz linguine noodles
  • Green onions and toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef with ginger and garlic until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. While the beef cooks, boil salted water in a pot for the linguine.
  3. Mix soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and hoisin sauce in a bowl; pour into the skillet.
  4. Sauté for about 3 minutes to combine flavors.
  5. Add cooked linguine to the skillet; toss well to coat in the sauce.
  6. Serve topped with diced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
