Instructions

  1. Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Slice after resting.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic before adding heavy cream; stir until thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain.
