  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
