  • ¼ cup water
  • 1½ cup non-dairy milk (like almond or oat)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • mini vegan vegan marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare your mini vegan marshmallow ghosts by using edible markers to draw spooky faces. Set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix water, cocoa, and sugar. Microwave for about 40 seconds until warm. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add non-dairy milk and vanilla to the chocolate syrup. Stir well to combine.
  4. Heat in the microwave for another 60 seconds until hot but not boiling.
  5. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, and add your ghostly marshmallows. Enjoy!
