- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1½ cup non-dairy milk (like almond or oat)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla

- Prepare your mini vegan marshmallow ghosts by using edible markers to draw spooky faces. Set aside.
