  • 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can navy beans
  • 6 cups chicken stock/broth
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
  • Squeeze of lemon
