  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef with soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if desired). Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Grill the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. In another skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add thawed corn along with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; cook until charred and heated through.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  5. Divide cooked rice into serving bowls. Top with grilled beef and corn; drizzle generously with creamy sauce before serving.
