  • 1 3-pound boneless chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 10 ounces yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup scallions, minced
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • dozen soft slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake bacon on a parchment-lined tray until crisp, about 15–20 minutes; cool and chop.
  3. Slice chicken into thin pieces for assembly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and chopped bacon until smooth.
  5. Slice each roll in half; spread creamy mixture on both sides. Layer sliced chicken on roll bottoms and cover with tops.
  6. Place assembled sliders in a baking pan; brush tops with melted butter. Cover and bake for 10 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
