1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
5 tablespoons butter, melted
24 ounces cream cheese
3.4 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix
¾ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon almond extract
2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Pack into an 8" or 9" springform pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, pistachio pudding mix, powdered sugar, and almond extract until smooth.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Spread the filling over the crust and chill for at least 6 hours before serving.
