  • 6 tablespoons vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for wash)
  • 2 tablespoons caster/granulated sugar
  • Dairy-free white chocolate buttons (for decoration)
  • Icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4×6 inch rectangles.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of vegan Nutella on one half of each rectangle, top with thin banana slices.
  4. Fold over the other half and seal edges using a fork.
  5. Brush with dairy-free milk and sprinkle sugar on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate over cooled pies and dust with icing sugar.
