  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
