  • 14 ounces sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 cups whole grape tomatoes
  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place sirloin cubes in the marinade for at least 15 minutes. In another bowl, toss grape tomatoes and baby potatoes with olive oil and chopped rosemary.
  4. Assemble skewers by alternating sirloin cubes with marinated tomatoes and seasoned potatoes.
