  • 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb medium asparagus, woody ends trimmed
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp dry white apple vinegar or chicken broth
  • 6 Tbsp butter, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400 – 425°F).
  2. Cut four sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (14 by 12 inches).
  3. Divide shrimp among packs and place asparagus alongside.
  4. Pour 1/2 Tbsp vinegar over each pack, add garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top with butter pieces evenly divided among packets.
  6. Wrap the foil packs securely but leave space for steam.
  7. Grill sealed side up for about 9 – 10 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
  8. Carefully unwrap and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
