  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Chop onion, mince garlic, grate ginger, and cube the beef.
  2. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden on all sides (optional).
  3. In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients: beef, onion, garlic, ginger, curry paste, lime juice, coconut milk, and broth.
