  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Burrito-sized tortillas
  • Southwest dressing

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the marinade ingredients: salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, and cumin. Add chicken tenders and coat well.
