  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 385°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the mini potatoes thoroughly; set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix cold water with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Carve skull faces into each potato and place them in the lemon water.
  4. In another bowl, combine olive oil, remaining lemon juice, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  5. Drain the carved potatoes and toss them in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
  6. Arrange the seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet face side up and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden and tender.
