  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 pint strawberries (sliced, caps removed)
  • 1 cup tomato-basil feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 6 whole strawberries (caps removed)
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the red romaine lettuce and mixed greens, then tear them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the strawberries after removing their caps and combine them with the greens in a large bowl.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped pecans over the salad mix.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, dried basil, and salt until well combined.
