  • 16 oz elbow noodles (cooked)
  • 3 cans tuna in water (drained)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 1 cup frozen peas (defrosted)
  • ½ cup red onion (diced)
  • 1½ cups mayo
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 34 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, about 15 minutes. Drain and rinse under cool water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced red onion, and defrosted peas. Fold in the cooled pasta gently.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, milk, seasoning salt, sugar, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
